Lebanon Utilities Service Board
Administration of Lebanon Utilities is under the authority of the Lebanon Utility Service Board. These board members are working for you, our customer-owner.
The Utility Service Board is made up of (5) five members.
- All members must reside in the City of Lebanon
- No more than (3) three can be of the same political party
- (3) Three of the members are appointed by the Mayor and the other (2) two are appointed by City Council.
- Members are appointed to a (4) four year term. The appointments take place in April and November so that all five board members terms do not expire at the same time.

The Utility Service Board meets on the 1st Wednesday after the 1st Monday and the 2nd Wednesday after at 5 p.m. Meetings are televised on MetroNet Channel 5, Comcast Channel 19 and AT&T U-Verse Channel 99 at 5 p.m. the day of the meeting. The meetings are open to the public and take place in the City Council Chambers at the Municipal Building.
