Billing Representative – Jill
“I’ve learned that nothing is ever set in stone, and that it is always okay to change your mind about what you want to do with you life.”
Jill has been a billing representative at Lebanon Utilities for 3 years, and in that time, her responsibilities have grown to include processing bills, sending accounts to collections, fixing errors in accounts or billing, sending payments to the bank, filing sewer leans, and all end of month reporting.
While she does have many responsibilities each day, she has grown to appreciate many aspects of her job. “It is amazing how flexible I can be with schedule working here. My manager is great at helping us work around conflicts and is always able to help us in emergency situations,” said Jill.
Jill states that she began working for Lebanon Utilities because it was an opportunity for a better job. But while she is not at work, she enjoys camping at Sugar Mill with her husband, spending time with her grandkids, and reading murder mysteries.
“The one thing that I want to do while working for Lebanon Utilities is to learn all aspects of the utility process,” said Jill.
