Customer Service Representative – Alissa

            “If I could give anyone advice, it would be to always try and be a good person. There is enough meanness in the world and you should always try to be the nice person,” said Alissa.

Alissa has been a Customer Service Representative for Lebanon Utilities for the past 4 years. Alissa is often found answering phones, interacting with customers, and taking payments. She is also responsible for answering emails and sending out service technicians.

“I love being able to help people when they need it most. Helping people understand payments, and helping clarify things is one of the most rewarding parts of my job” said Alissa.

When she is not at work, Alissa can be found taking care of her horses. She rides and shows horses and she also loves to run.

“I hope that in the future, people will realize that we are not the bad guy, and that we are always there to help. I hope to remove the meanness in the process and change the public image of Lebanon Utilities,” said Alissa.
