Utility Service Board Members
Allen Milburn, Chairman: 
Mr. Milburn graduated from Purdue University and also attended Williams College.
He retired from Indiana Bell / Ameritech as the Executive Director of Governmental Affairs.
He and his wife Jane have three children, Kristina, Kirk and Kent. They also have six grandchildren.
Mr. Milburn has served on the Lebanon Utility Service Board since 1984.

Dan Lamar, Vice-Chairman:

Mr. Lamar graduated from Thorntown High School in 1972. After graduation Dan became a partner in the family business, Lamar Construction, Inc.
In 1973 he married Connie Jo Wethington. They had two children, Jeremy Lamar and Jessica Lamar Bonnell.
Connie passed away in 2000.
In 2005 he married Sue Golden; collectively they have four children and four grandchildren.
Dan owns and operates, with his son Jeremy, Lamar & Lamar Insurance.
Dan has earned the designation of Certified Insurance
Counselor.

Tom Temple, Secretary: 
Mr. Temple graduated from the University of Utah and received his Masters Degree from Indiana University.
He retired from the Indiana United Methodist Children’s Home as the Associate Director after 35 years.
He and his wife Ingrid have two daughters, Laura and Ann. They also have four grandchildren.
Mr. Temple has served on the Utility Service Board since 1986.

Mike Thrine, Member: 
Attended Indiana Central University (University of Indianapolis) and graduated from The Bank Administration Institute at the University of Wisconsin.
Retired from Home National Bank in 1997 as Vice President of Lending Services. He currently is a residential building contractor and has owned and operated Thrine Construction for 27 years.
Mike and his wife Cindy have three daughters and one son-in-law; Kristen and Kyle, Lindsey, and Michaela.

James Urban, Member: 
Upon graduation from Dover High School in 1962, Jim joined the United States Air Force.
After discharge from the Air Force he was employed for 36 years at Shumate Business Forms. Since retirement from Shumate Business Forms in 2001, he has been employed by Purity Wholesale Grocery and Industrial Pallet. Jim is currently employed at Frank McCallister as an expeditor.
Jim was elected for three consecutive terms to the Lebanon City Council for District 2.
Jim has enjoyed being a membeer of the Lebanon City Council and representing the people of Lebanon and now being a part of the Utility Service Board.
