Utility Service Board

Welcome to Lebanon Utilities

Lebanon Utilities is a municipally owned electric, water and wastewater utility serving the City of Lebanon, Indiana. Lebanon Utilities also operates the telecommunications division of the city.

A municipal utility has many distinct characteristics that benefit the community it serves. One of the most important benefits is local control. Every citizen of Lebanon is a utility owner, with a direct say in the policies that affect our rates and service. Other benefits of a municipal utility include lower rates, public accountability, community involvement, not-for-profit operations, local decision-making, and full attention to customer service. Most of our employees and every member of the Utility Service Board live in Lebanon and take personal pride in the jobs that they do.

We would like to thank you for visiting the Lebanon Utilities web site. We hope that you will find our site to be both interesting and informative. If there is any additional information we can provide that you would find helpful, please let us know. Your comments and suggestions are welcome.
