Policy Regarding The Method For Determining Payments Associated With The Extension Of Distribution and Service Lines

The Board authorizes the method to be applied for determining payments associated with the extension of electric distribution and service lines to be in accordance with Indiana Administrative Code 170 IAC 4-1-27 and 170 IAC 4-1-28 as set forth by the Indiana Regulatory Commission.
