Camp 911 Photos
The Lebanon Utilities Electric Department conducts annual electricity safety demonstrations for the children at Camp 911.
The purpose of the demonstration is to increase the awareness of the potential dangers of playing near power lines. The demonstration emphasizes the risks by showing the children the consequences of contact with a high-voltage line to a kite string, tree limb, and hot dog.
