Convenient Utility Cost Management Services

Click on the links below to learn more about eBill, Direct Pay, Budget Billing, Sprinkling Meters

+/- All

Q. Go Paperless! Sign up for eBill!

A. Through eBill, customers will receive their utilities’ bill via email. This appealing and ecologically friendly new billing addition will significantly reduce Lebanon Utilities’ impact on the environment. To register for eBill, sign up on the Lebanon Utilities customer log-in. We estimate that if all our customers received their bills by email only, we could save 65 tons of paper or 400 trees a year in addition to saving energy, water, money and carbon emissions that come with paper production.

Q. Tell me about Budget Billing

A. To enroll in the budget plan there are three requirements that must be met:

  • You must have lived at your address for one year.
  • Your account must be paid in full.
  • You may enroll in the budget program in July and August

Once these requirements have been met, you simply need to call or come into the main office to set up you individual budget plan. A customer service representative will quote a budget amount equivalent to your average for eleven months with the twelfth month to be used as a reconciliation month to catch up any remaining balance. The representative can print out your billing history to help you determine if budget billing fits your needs.

Once you are added to the budget plan, your budget amount will appear on the bill along with your monthly charges. Your bill will also show your running balance as either an amount due or a credit. To remain on the budget plan, you must pay your budget amount on or before the due date every month.

Q. Tell me about Direct Pay

A. With your authorization, Lebanon Utilities can automatically pay your utility bill from your bank account, debit card, or credit card (Mastercard and Visa) every month on your due date at no additional charge.

  • You will still receive your bill every month to review your charges
  • Payment is taken out on your due date

Please note that when services are taken out of your name, your final bill will not be automatically deducted from your account. You will be required to pay this amount by cash or check. To sign up for the program you will need to come into the main office at 401 S. Meridian St. and sign a authorization form allowing us to credit your account. You will need to bring a voided check with you.

Q. Tell me about Sprinkling Meters

A. Would you like to save money on your wastewater bill?

A sprinkling meter will help you save money when you:

  • Fill your swimming pool or hot tub
  • Water your flowers
  • Water your lawn
  • Wash your vehicle
  • Water your garden
  • Fill water toys or play in the water outside

The amount of water that runs through the sprinkling meter will be deducted from your water usage when calculating your wastewater bill. The cost is $70.00 plus tax. Pick your meter up at 401 S. Meridian Street or call us at 765-482-5100 for more information.
